TVS showcased its upcoming bike in the 10th Auto Expo. The TVS QUBE is a scooter which looks promising and seems that the machine will give a challenge to other competitors in its category. It runs on TVS Pep+ engine but has an electric motor. The company didn’t specify about the launch date as yet, but rumors are rife that the QUBE will roll out in 2010. The scooter is based on award-winning QUBE concept. The design of the TVS QUBE scooter echoes one point – that less is more. Wheel caps, the speedometer console, side panels, fan cover, exhaust, and the seat with the fused tail lights gives the scooter a refreshing look and the company says they designed it after taking inspiration from the award-winning QUBE.

Audi is looking to use e-tron name for its upcoming electric cars. The Audi cars will carry the e-tron logo on their rear, similar to the way models now bear the “quattro” designation.

Audi has decided to produce an 100 units of its e-tron electric sports car in the initial phase at its factory in Ingolstadt, Germany, in 2012. The car was unveiled at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show.
