Ford is planning to launch Ford Fiesta hatchback, after the sucess of the Ford Fiesta Sedan. The Fiesta Hatch is likely to come with two petrol DURATEC engine options: a 1.4-litre 79 bhp and a 1.6-litre 99 bhp along with a 1.4-litre/1.6-litre DURATORQ diesel engine. Fiat Bravo a new small car  (hatchback) is set to come to India later part of the year 2010 (the expected launch date: Dec 2010). Fiat Bravo has a compact aerodynamic body, attracting exterior with a small rear screen and rising waistline. The Bravo has an especial feature to notice that the noise level is very low from engine as well as wind noise.

The Brave will be available in both petrol and diesel variants. The diesel version will come with a 1910cc, 4 cylinder which can deliver 150bhp and the petrol version will have a 1368cc, 4 cylinder with maximum power of 148bhp.The Bravo will be imported by Fiat India as Completely Built-up Units from Italy.

The high-rigidity light weight suspension is based around a new platform and so is the engine while the car is set to grace 10 cities in India including Mumbai, Cochin, Lucknow, Chandigarh and Ahmedabad.
