Safety: Yamaha YZF-R1 has advanced safety features. It has 310 mm dual disc brakes and 220 mm Single disc (Rear) brakes.  Its advanced suspension features add comfort and stability to the bike. Engine: Yamaha YZF-R1 has 998 cc, 4 stroke, 4 cylinder, 4 valves, DOHC, liquid cooled cylinder. The engine produces a maximum power of 179 bhp at 12500 rpm and a maximum torque of 115.5 Nm at 10,000 rpm. The fuel injection system has shower injectors in upper airbox. The fly-by-wire throttle system has good control of air intake volume.
